About

I’m Sidra — the heart behind Fire & Flow.My work centers around one thing: helping people regulate their nervous systems in a world that constantly asks them to stay “on.”Yoga began as something deeply personal — a quiet anchor during seasons when I needed steadiness the most. Over time, it became more than a practice. It became the way I hold space.Through years of study, travel, and teaching, I’ve come to believe that yoga and sound aren’t performances. They’re simple, powerful tools for returning to yourself.I blend structure and softness — movement and stillness — so each session feels supportive, intentional, and grounded.Whether through private yoga or sound immersion, my intention is the same: to help you feel lighter, steadier, and more at home in your body.📍 Houston, TXFully insured and certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid.

The Spring Reset

Yoga + Intentional Exchange

📍 Memorial Park · Clay Family Eastern Glades

Community wellness event in Memorial Park at golden hour featuring folded natural-fiber clothing on a wooden table in the foreground, with men, women, and children gathering after an outdoor yoga session and a kombucha tasting station in the background.

What This Is
The Spring Reset is a beginner-friendly yoga and guided meditation class followed by a structured clothing exchange and closing kombucha tasting at Memorial Park.
This is not a donation pile. It is a curated, equal give-and-take exchange. You’ll bring a small number of high-quality pieces you are ready to release. After practice, we’ll transition into a calm, organized swap. We’ll close with a small-batch kombucha tasting from a local Houston maker — a simple way to linger, connect, and ground before heading home.

What to Expect
• 45 minutes of guided yoga and meditation
• A structured clothing exchange
• Kombucha to sip while you browse and connect

How the Exchange Works
Bring 1–5 pieces total (clothing and accessories combined)
We’re focusing on natural, high-quality materials — pieces that feel good on the body and hold their shape, structure, and integrity over time.
Approved materials:
• Linen
• Cotton
• Wool
• Silk
• Denim
• High-quality natural blends
Why natural fibers?
Natural fabrics like linen and cotton are breathable, durable, and designed to last. They move with the body, allow airflow, and soften beautifully with wear.
Synthetic fabrics like polyester are plastic-based and tend to trap heat, pill, and lose structure more quickly.
For this exchange, we’re choosing pieces that feel grounded, elevated, and made to endure — not fast-fashion turnover.
Accessories welcome (in excellent condition):
• Leather handbags
• Canvas or woven bags
• Leather belts
Please do not bring:
• Heavily synthetic or polyester fast-fashion
• Damaged, stained, or heavily worn items
• Plastic accessories
• Costume jewelry
All items will be briefly reviewed upon arrival to maintain the overall quality and consistency of the exchange.Equal Give + Take
You may take up to the number of pieces you bring.
Bring what you’d genuinely feel good seeing someone else walk away in.

Who It’s For
• Beginners and all levels
• Anyone spring cleaning with intention
• Those who value quality over excess
• People wanting calm, structured community
